Common questions
Do I own the website?
Yes. Once it’s paid for it’s yours: the design, the content and the files. It’s hosted on an account in your name, not ours.
Are there really no monthly fees?
Yes. We host sites on fast, free hosting set up in your name, so the only ongoing cost is your domain name renewal (usually around $20–30 a year, paid to your domain provider).
What if I already have a domain and email?
No problem. We point your existing domain at the new site and leave your email exactly as it is.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. We build a private preview of your new site first. You only pay if you want to go ahead.
What if I want changes later?
Either join website care for ongoing updates, or just ask for a quote when you need something. No pressure either way.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. Website care is month-to-month and lead generation work is quoted job by job.
